Linguini with mushrooms and tomato sauce


Appetizer:
Spanish Serrano ham and mozzarella salad, seasoned with a pinch of chopped curled parsley, black pepper and olive oil. If you have some croûtons to sprinkle, it is also a good idea.

Main dish: Linguini (cooked al dente with salt) with a tomato and mushroom sauce, sprinkled with a handful of chopped curled parsley.

Dessert: Cherries
